- Billing Information: Payment details processed securely by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We do not store raw credit card details; all checkout and subscription payments are handled by Paddle.
- Usage & Telemetry: Logs of workflow completions, credit utilization, and API request timings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To spin up, manage, and build secure cloud sandboxes (E2B or Daytona).
- To route prompts and context securely to AI models.
- To store build revisions in Supabase and serve static preview URLs.
- To handle billing transactions and track usage quotas.
- To analyze system health and diagnose errors.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share metadata and data with trusted service providers necessary for operating our platform:
- Supabase: Database hosting, auth, and state persistence.
- E2B / Daytona: Cloud-isolated playground environments for coding sessions.
- Cloudflare: Artifact hosting (R2) and web traffic routing.
- Paddle: Subscription and payment processing as Merchant of Record.
4. Data Security
We prioritize protecting your data. Row-Level Security (RLS) is strictly enforced on all Supabase database tables to ensure that workspaces, files, and project structures are only accessible to authorized project members. We sanitize reasoning states and secrets prior to logging or generating observability traces.
5. Your Data Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and project repositories. You can request deletion of your account and related data at any time by emailing Support.
